| Role :
Incumbent must have experience in process driven Organization having worked in Chemicals / Petrochemicals set up and lead, direct and control end-to-end Projects in accordance with Corporate policies, procedures. |

| Responsibilities:
Responsible for Know-how of end-to-end Project activities from Concept to Commissioning, Evaluating technical specifications, Execution etc. Expertise in Project planning, Organizing, Monitoring, Controlling and Reporting all project activities. Expertise and responsible for project execution – design, engineering, procurement, installation & commissioning keeping track of costs with effective time management. To carry out Techno-Commercial evaluation, project contracts & negotiations as well as project execution route i.e. LSTK / EPC / EPMC. To set up project organization and build a project team along with cross functional environment for effective completion of end-to-end Project. To ensure all Statutory approvals and various concession schemes applicable at various Project Stages. To ensure various Government compliance from time to time. |

| Technical / Personal Skills:
Exposure to system based environment for project management like Primavera / MS Project / PS Module and ERPis preferable. Strong IT skills, always ahead of new technologies. Meet the requirement for technically astute,strong,dynamic,insightful and influential leader with ability to operate both sitarist and operational levels. Exceptional Communication skills at all levels. Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.High integrity and openness combine worth commitment to good governance. Energetic and highly motivated with inquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business excellence. |
