Junior Research Fellow & Field Labours Recruitment 2020 – PDPU Recruitment 2020 Apply Now – PDPU Full Form – Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University is looking for meritorious researchers for the post of Junior Research fellow (01 post) and filed worker (02 posts). These vacancies are for a research project titled “Low Cost- Renewable Energy Driven (LC-RED) Water Treatment Solutions Centre”, DST/TM/WTI/WIC/2K17/124, sanctioned by Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, to PDPU.

One project coordinator; two Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Recruitment and three field labours Recruitment are required presently for one year. The sanction may be extended for another year (2nd year till 4 years) subsequently after successful assessment by the review committee after every year based on the performance.
Post Name: Junior Research Fellow – 01 post
Requirement for JRF post: (Code: LC-RED JRF)
Desired: The candidate should have experimental exposure to water treatment processes like Electro coagulation, Chemical coagulation, Electro dialysis, Multi effect distillation and Reverse Osmosis etc. Should possess the knowledge of theoretical analysis of various water treatment processes. Industrial exposure with water treatment processes will be an added advantage. Experience of water analysis and testing lab will also be considered for added advantage.
Fellowship: 25000/- + HRA as per DST norms for first 02 years and subsequently 28000/- + HRA for SRF subject to successful assessment by the review committee after every year based on the performance. *(Selected candidate may get enrolled for Ph.D. at PDPU)
Post Name: Field worker – 02 post
Requirement for Field labour post: (Code: LC-RED FW)
Desired: The candidate should be conversant and familiar with latest agricultural practices. Hands on experience and keen interest in crop development and Protection under different saline and different industrial waste water conditions. Experience in fitting, plumbing and fabrication and Industrial exposure with knowledge of different plants and techniques for pre-treatment of water be an added advantage. The candidate will be responsible for developing sites for these tests and integration of the pre-treated water to the next physical water treatment processes. Exposure with similar work will also be counted for added advantage.
Fellowship: 15000/- per month (consolidate)
